    I live in Wimberley but on the way back from Austin I stopped by the store here in Buda to try to work on my account. The store is really clean and neat and the people were really friendly. And while we were there, my roommate purchased a phone and a laptop. I got a really good deal on it. If I ever need anything from Verizon again, I’ll come here instead of calling.

    Verizon IS A NIGHTMARE.. but, this location and staff is far from!! Every experience I’ve had (and it’s been adding up over the last month) at this store had been amazing. We got 2 iPhones upgraded/exchanged recently and 1 had issues right out of the box. Verizon customer care/611 dropped the ball repeatedly and kept making things worse. Collin went above and beyond, and even spent hours with me on the phone helping me navigate the crappy situation - more than once. He knew I was getting upset and frustrated after weeks of phone calls and he showed me patience, empathy and a bit of humor which kept me from loosing my mind with the customer care/611 team. Thank you Collin and everyone else that supported me the with the service failure from corporate.

    It all depends on your salesperson. Some are informed, some are not. Maybe try else where for consistency.

    The WORST experience.. I had someone from the retention department on the phone, she said she would stay on phone with me to make everything go smoothly for me Wrong!!! The young lady . Said her mgr. Was on a call he knew that the lady was from the retention center, and he still said it would take him 30 to 60 minutes to take that call. . The lady at retention center then asked for for the store# I turned around and asked the other guy could you give me the store number or this store The lady at the retention center needed it he said nope I can’t give that I’m not authorized to give that number. Y’all worked for the same company. You can’t give it to them? It was obviousthey don’t work together.. Instead, the store manager that came to handle it did everything to make it difficult for me … and I’m gonna tell you now the manager set the tone that is why when y’all walk in there and you get such bad service it starts at the top… The lady at retention center apologized repeatedly because the store staff was rude. I was so upset that I thought about going to a different carrier cause if these are the type of people they’ve got working for Verizon. It’s a bad look and it’s bad business… The manager heard me over talking on the phone to the lady at the retention center and he didn’t like what he heard which was exactly what I’m telling you right now. I walked out and the lady at the retention center said I am so sorry there is nothing she can do but I am going to report him. Don’t worry, I will report him. I know his name and I’m going to report him is what she told me. Don’t come buy anything at This store there’s a reason they have a 3.8 average on reviews People we need to do better !!! Stop giving our business to companies like this … that don’t care about their customers what happened to good customer service… They manager sets the tone—- BAD SERVICE… The manager sets the tone I cannot say that enough if I could give them zero stars, I would’ve done that this is why there’s so many complaints about this store. Just read through them do your homework and stop giving business like this our money..
