    Listen to the reviews. Issues with improper billing and unfulfilled orders led to headaches so we decided to return everything and leave. We have a return receipt and we are STILL being billed for items that were returned to the store because the store has not sent them back to Warehouse. Customer service says they are waiting on the store to ship items. I don't know if an employee stole the returned devices but at least we have proof of return. Regardless, this is causing us headaches with the billing department as they are charging us full price until they investigate or receive the devices. Please listen to the reviews and stay away.     Do not get any devices with sells rep Francisco, he will only sell for commission and if you have a problem with the devices he will not help you or even call you back. It has been months and my accounts are still a mess because no matter if you email, call or go to the store they don't move a finger because they already got money from you. The supervisor is the same once they got their commission they do not care if you pay over $400 a month for services you do not even have activated.

    I am documenting this publicly because Verizon has repeatedly failed to honor written commitments. On December 26, 2025, I ordered three iPhone 17 Pros after Verizon confirmed in writing that my total monthly bill would be $119.97 INCLUDING all taxes, fees, surcharges, with activation fees waived and no add-ons for porting 3 numbers. Verizon explicitly confirmed this. What followed: • Only two devices delivered • Verizon activated service and billed me anyway • Activation fees charged despite a written waiver • My first bill is $285.08 After weeks of follow-ups, a Verizon agent acknowledged the “strife” and time lost, admitted the initial credit offered was inadequate, promised increased credits, and guaranteed tracking within 24 hours for the missing device. That promise was also broken. I have screenshots of every promise, including billing estimates, fee waivers, credits, shipping assurances, and the final bill. This is not a misunderstanding — it’s a pattern of misrepresentation and improper billing. Thank you for responding. I have already provided full documentation and submitted an executive escalation. While my primary device was finally activated, billing issues remain unresolved, including improper proration, charges incurred before activation, and a second device that was misdelivered and incorrectly assigned to my son’s line. I am awaiting written resolution addressing all outstanding issues.
