She went to this location to pay her phone bill and the sales lady by the name of JADESMI was on the phone and didnt acknowledge her until 15 minutes later after she hung up. There was no other customer in line or around but my wife. When my wife mentioned that she was there to pay a bill JADESMI personal phone rang and she engaged in a conversation with her friend and ignored my wife. When my wife asked her if she was going to help her or not, she simply asked what could she do for her. By this time my wife was furiated and told her not too even bother that she would complain to corporate. She still had the ordasity to tell my wife GO AHEAD. This store is closer to home so it was more convenient but from my wife's experience. She prefers to drive further to another location due to very VERY BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM.
