    Reagan is the best at his job. I have been in this store several times. Most people are decent at customer service. But Reagan is the top player on this store. I came in with my iPad thinking my screen was broken. Told him I needed help making a claim on it. He showed me how to put it in. Once I received the replacement iPad I was having trouble working the swap of information from the old to the new. So I came into the store. Once again Reagan was at work. I told him my issue. He opened up the case and noticed that I had a second screen protector on my iPad. Pulled it off and my iPad was in perfect condition. So he told me to send back the new iPad. I did and never received my credit back from the insurance company. I had been in the hospital for surgery and such. Sent the iPad back on 9/02/2025 wasn’t able to get into the store until 10/18/2025. So I came in once again good ole Reagan was working. He took the time to call the insurance company and get my credit back. He asked me if I minded getting it credited on my Verizon account. No problem! He’s the A player at this store. Thank you Reagan. You are the best. Especially in this time. He actually knows what customer service is.
