  Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike a previous experience, he provided EXCELLENT customer service even though the only commission he made was on 3 accessories. I had ordered a new phone and had it shipped to my home for my convenience and needed assistance activating it. Zach gladly helped me out. I was a little apprehensive going into the store given my previous experience with a different salesperson for the exact same service. He not only activated my new phone in a timely manner, helped me pick out needed accessories but also noticed I was on an older plan and hooked me up with even more savings on my bill....all in under 30 minutes!! I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness and will request him for any future needs I may have. Thanks, Zach, for making my experience today quick and easy!

  Had a great experience with the help of Zachary Brigner.!!! Helped put my parents and I with consolidating their bill migrating all of my information from my old phone to my new one without a problem.!!!

  Zachary Brigner was awsome. My wife and I went to another store and we were told we could not consolidate are phone to one bill, without going on line first. Which was a bigger problem. Are son in college phone crapped out and we needed a phone for him. All we kept getting was the run around on line. We went to Zacks store in Brenham, walked in, told him are situations, Zack said, no problem. With in a hour, he had all 4 of are lines on 1 bill and half the price we were paying,( due to the plans we didn't even know we were on) he even explained everything. All 4 lines, my wifes and are 2 sons.We are adding my mother in laws phone as well, he said just give him the call when ready to do so and he would help. We are very greaful for Zacks help. Thank you again Zachary Bringer

  We had the BEST experience at this store!!! After getting NO help at another location in Conroe and confusing help through customer service, Zack at this store was able to do everything we needed to do and then some. He listened, gave us options, and went over and beyond to help us consolidate accounts, set up a new phone, and go over our billing! All verizon stores need associates/managers like him! A++++++++++
