- EBerynn brownAug 9, 20221.0Not very friendly. When I called it was “hello” nothing about thank you for calling cricket. And then they would hang up on me. I asked why and rudely she said “ I was on another call” didn’t even ask me if I could hold. hateful customer service at its finest.

However, for their so-called, "upgrade" it was going to cost nearly $200 for some lower to middle tier phones. Also, in the almost five years that I have been a customer, I've never really found the staff to be all that helpful. If your looking to switch for a slightly cheaper monthly rate, then Cricket might be for you. If you're looking for better deals on upgrades and generally better service, then go with a contract provider.
