  Russell Cellular (Verizon) is a gimmick. First, if you are an elderly person or need something simple with tech assist, be ready to pay a $40-50 “tech assist” fee when in reality that was made up to keep the store stats from tanking. Anytime a person opens that door and comes in, they are expected to buy something or be potentially interested in something/speak to a rep about buying a new phone etc,. or the store rates for the day can go down. If you are not buying something, they will ask you to leave. Or try to get you to purchase something completely different than what you were looking for. Secondly, even if you don’t want the protection (while yes, it is highly encouraged you get it), it will be applied to your total along with two perks. Once you try to remove the perks or protection, the sales rep gets belligerent because they know their % will be off. Stay firm on your decision! Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Very poor management here, at least when Kryslin was the manager. Poor customer service. Hidden fees. Poor service in certain areas of city limits even. 100% go to a VERIZON, not Russell Cellular.

  Briana was such a awesome person and had the best attitude especially when we were setting everything up cause they had a power outage and everything did not want to work correctly

  Alexis was very nice and knew her stuff. Aside from waiting for people ahead of me, I was in and out in 30 minutes. We ran into some minor issues with my account that she quickly resolved. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area. Stellar customer service.

  Satisfactory service. Sales person did not have much experience with Samsung. Had to go to Sherman store to get an issue resolved.
