- BGBailee GravesAug 3, 20251.0I went to get a new phone as an in store pickup but both ladies told me that they couldn’t process it and that I would have to call customer service. I called customer service in the store and the agent said everything was good on their side as far as payment, paperwork, and everything else but something was wrong with the order from the store’s side. I asked for them to call someone who could help navigate which way we needed to proceed with the order. I was then told that it would be a $40 fee because it would be a ‘tech assist.’ Long story short, I spent way too much time on the phone with customer service when it could have been resolved in the store. Not very good customer service.
