- AUAnthony UlloaOct 5, 20251.0Terrible service, we wanted to switch to Cricket, we were going to add 3 lines and our phones were already unlocked, perfectly fine to transfer to Cricket, we already had the transfer code and the account number and the lady just made excuse after excuse to not give us the service, she said the phones had restrictions and we didn't even show them to her or give her the IMEIs, I hope they fix this because they are losing a lot of Cricket customers, Bonham TX. Terrible service
