They can't help you with any thing over the phone you have to come to the store so they can try to sell you something. If you call their corporate number or customer service you get an AI recorded voice that is no help. They charge extreme amounts for phone service and then you can't talk to anyone to answer a few simple questions. On top of that they dont have very good service. What a ridiculous set up.

Kept getting emails about trading in my phone for a $1000 credit. Went in to check it out and was told I could keep my phone and upgrade and it would be only an increase of about $3 monthly. After a couple of weeks I realized I didn't need the second line so I canceled it and traded in the old phone. The trade in value went from $1000 to $270.

She updated our accounts, applied a military discount and stayed late to help us get three new phones that we were eligible for and didn’t know about. I felt terrible for keeping her there late, but she didn’t rush a thing to make sure we had the best possible service. She deserves a promotion and a raise, because sweet, genuine customer service like hers is hard to come by these days.
