  Positives: Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Wait times even for last second appointments were always quick (never tried a walk-in here but I assume there would hardly be a wait). Very clean clinic! VCA Care Club is a great service IF you indeed need it for a full year. Negatives: I often felt like unnecessary products were being pushed. It was rare that I would leave an appointment without something being sold to me (food, meds, insurance, etc). Before enrolling in VCA Care Club, make sure you truly need it for a full year—once you sign up, you can’t cancel before the year is up. Despite telling staff we’d be moving from Fort Worth just a few months later, this was never mentioned and could have saved us a lot of money. Additionally, if your puppy didn’t come from a rescue, be prepared for what may feel like judgment from a vet tech during your first visit; my wife and I definitely felt this, and it left a bad impression.

  The front desk was very rude, they look at the customers license plates, when they were talking about customers in third person and referred to me and my father as dogs. If I can share one positive, chris in the back office was very helpful. Very caring , very knowledgeable, understanding and great customer service. I feel sorry for the doctors because these bad workers have me as a resident writing a bad review. This is a cornerstone of benbrook. This is totally unacceptable. They also referred to me and daughter as trash. Get it together people, even though you are working in a doctor's office for animals. You still need to take your job serious.
