A little steep but I thought, well, this is likely how much they are at AT$T. Took it out to the car, looked online and found one online, for a Samsung, for $9!!! Took it back inside and they refused to take it back stating it is on the receipt. Five minute before I purchased it and they still refused to refund me. Give a little folks!!

I am seriously considering switching my mobile phone service to a company that trains their employees in customer service.
