  Not gonna lie… just popped in to drop off my old equipment. Sat for 10 minutes before the guy acknowledged my existence. No “hey” or “I’ll be right with you” just literally nothing omfg…then I was attempted an upsell… like holy crap learn how to read the room. if there was anyone else I could do business with I would.

  Didn’t charge us tax on a phone we ordered so the order was cancelled due to it being incomplete. Didn’t find this out until after a month of waiting and spending an hour on the phone. Guy sure had no problems trying to upsell us in the store, but had no problem messing up and screwing us out of a phone.

  Just got my wife the 17pro. Andrew at the Bee Cave store was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. MUCH better than any experience I had at ATT. Thanks Andrew.

  Noah Was Absolutely Amazing - The Best Experience We've Had! We recently made the decision to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, and honestly, we couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to Noah. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, explained every option in detail, and made sure we were getting the best plans and phones to fit our needs. It was clear that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he truly cared about making sure we were happy with our choices. What really impressed us was how patient Noah was throughout the entire process. Switching carriers can be a bit overwhelming, but Noah took care of everything - from transferring our data to getting our new phones all set up, he handled it all with ease. We’ve never experienced customer service like this before. Noah’s dedication to providing the best experience possible was evident at every step. If you’re thinking about switching to Verizon, do yourself a favor and ask for Noah, he’s absolutely the best in the business.
