    Came in to exchange a heater for our 5th wheel that went bad after 2 uses. Staff was very professional as well as Honorable. They took care of the exchange and were informative and extremely helpful. Absolutely an Amazing experience. Thank you, Mr. Mrs. Kirts. Ooorah! Semper Fi 🇺🇲.

    Recently went in because my computer started SO SLOWLY, had the Geek Squad look at it. The agent at the counter, Nathan, was incredibly knowledgeable on both the issue, it's potential causes, and the precinct's processes. He gave me a surprisingly fast turnaround time (and they finished the repair even before then!), and the computer was fixed correctly the first time. The Geek Squad here is super helpful every time I have a computer problem, they're always my one-stop shop for fixes!!

    Got harassed by a fake AT&T rep. Can’t contact the store to talk to them about it. This should be illegal. I’ll be filing a complaint

    The customer service professionals were great — especially Josh and Abraham, who were very helpful and professional. The only issue was having to wait about 20 minutes to return an item because a manager was required. There weren’t many customers, but only one or two managers available. The experience could be improved by ensuring customers don’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for a return.
