That's Best Buy. But its demise isn't because they haven't tried. Just like grandma, we all love Best Buy. But it's just not the exciting surround sound booming, video game playing, tech marveling place it used to be. Somewhere along the line while adapting to crazy business competition and rampant shoplifting, everyone forgot about why we really enjoy going to Best Buy. Because it was fun. So instead of sitting there in the hospital room waiting for the inevitable, let's have fun. Turn up the music. Let kids play video games. Blair that surround sound system. Bring back tactile interactive buying. Maybe, just maybe, we will remember what shopping was like before everything changed for the worse. And for God's sake, give grandma a hug and tell her she made a difference.

Javier at Geek Squad with Best Buy in Bee Cave took about 20 minutes to completely scan and identify the problem with my Android Galaxy phone. I was thinking it was unrepairable, but one last try. He resurrected it and saved all my messages. as well as avoiding purchase of a new phone. He's a magician!
