manager was very unprofessional with an issue that happened in the store. refused to be helpful. cops had to be called.

Best Buy lost/misplaced/hasn’t sent my order (open box item shipping out of state. I have spent days trying to get someone to help me with this. Their customer service is terrible. I’m pretty sure their customer service agents just have the same app in front of them. I just want to be able to pick up the phone and talk to the folks at the store my item was supposed to come from. I still have no answers to my problem and I don’t have my purchase.
