I went in the store and a lady name Lindsey got my phone ,fixed it,helped me with my password.. I have been multiple times and no one could fix it. She did it in no time. I'm very impressed. My experience was excellent. She was very nice, she explained everything where I could understand. . Too me she did and helped the best then any other worker. She has my familys business. We won't talk to anyone else ever again unless she ,( Lindsey ) is there

Very unhappy and wanting Verizon to compensate us for this. The only way I'm able to write this review is by using our daughter's AT&T internet router it's working the Verizon box isn't plus no data on our phones.
