- MWMichael WebbJan 29, 20261.0When my wife and I tried to pick up her phone and a couple accessories, we were greeted by someone who looked like a corporate observer or regional manager and brought to a sales rep to complete our online purchase. Sales rep promptly brought us the phone and screen protector, then asked if we were ready to install the protector and checkout. She asked for another minute to find a case, so the rep hands us the bag with the phone and screen protector and tells us to take our time because he needed to step in the back for a few seconds and he'd be right back. We found the case and then had to wait another 20 minutes before finding the corporate guy who disappeared in the back to look for the rep for another 5. He finally comes out and does the transaction himself.

I went in the store and a lady name Lindsey got my phone ,fixed it,helped me with my password.. I have been multiple times and no one could fix it. She did it in no time. I'm very impressed. My experience was excellent. She was very nice, she explained everything where I could understand. . Too me she did and helped the best then any other worker. She has my familys business. We won't talk to anyone else ever again unless she ,( Lindsey ) is there
