I came in with a lot of problems with my phone. Passwords the phone was acting up. I was fed up about to switch. I went in the store and a lady name Lindsey got my phone ,fixed it,helped me with my password.. I have been multiple times and no one could fix it. She did it in no time. I'm very impressed. My experience was excellent. She was very nice, she explained everything where I could understand. . Too me she did and helped the best then any other worker. She has my familys business. We won't talk to anyone else ever again unless she ,( Lindsey ) is there

My wife and I just started a new contract 4 weeks ago and got 2 new phones, since then we haven't had service 6 different days. Very unhappy and wanting Verizon to compensate us for this. The only way I'm able to write this review is by using our daughter's AT&T internet router it's working the Verizon box isn't plus no data on our phones.

Absolutely the worst customer service. You are told you are eligible for a promotion and sign a document stating you are receiving g a promotion, then after the 30 days they attach the charges back on your account stating you actually were not eligible. This store is scamming so many people. They are liars, the manager backs them and will do nothing for the customers. When I went into the store yesterday there were others complaining of the same thing. Being misled…. Lied to!! All of my lines will be moved from Verizon and I will never use their services again. The tall, thin, older Hispanic gentleman wearing red tennis shoes will lie to make a sale. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION!
