Then when they brought the TV up the TV didnt match the order number so we had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes just for them to fix the problem in their system. We had to wait bout an hour to a little over an hour just to get the TV when it should have been ready to go. I gave them a 3 because even though we had to wait the staff members were very nice and understanding through the whole situation. Its just sad that you have good staff but how its run is messed up. They need some work on that.
