Nothing against this store its just the way the company gets you on high cost, hidden charges, etc. Example paid off a balance in full, then went and charged more for Christmas. Got a promotion deal, and when I paid down ahead of my payments this second time down to about $800 left, I got a new statement showing $1,200 owed. Says the promotion wore off on one of the big buys. Paid it down again to $900, then it jumped again to $1,100. Went in today and paid the last of the balance I had it paid down to about $827 and they had a new total of $947. I've requested multiple times that statements be sent to my home so I can look at what was going on. Still waiting. Now since I paid it off I want to see everything so I'm waiting again on statements. 10-14 days the computer stated so we'll see. I've requested basically one year of transactions which it should only show interest and payments made with nothing else bought.
