    What started out unpleasant was changed by a associate named D I had bought some security cameras; Sales associate did not inform me that I needed a homebase and when I went back to Best Buy D fix my settings on my cameras and what I needed shipped to my home Turning unpleasant experience into a professional Good experience thank you

    Great customer service from every employee that I ran into for Sales Advisors or Retail Sales Associate in Beaumont. Tx. very helpful, on the 3 thongs I needed. They worked as a team unit when looking for exactly what I was looking for. You don't usually see this at a store where everybody helps everybody. It was wonderfull to see this here at Best Buy. Check out was friendly but could learn so pointers from the rest of your employees. the Sales Advisors or Retail Sales Associates Thank you for the great attention and exemplary help on my needs and made sure I was happy. THANK YOU TO THE SALES ADVISORS OR SALES ASSOCIATES FOR YOUR GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT FINDING THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR ME,AND GOT THE WRIGHT PERSON FOR WHAT I NEEDING. As well THANK YOU , BEST BUY FOR THE TEAM YOU HAVE ON YOUR FLOOR (Sales) But If you can please put alittle more attention on YOUR REGISTER OPERATOR EMPLOYEE'S they could learn a few this about a smile and even tho some one says have a good day . When you say it rude are roll your eyes when you say it. It not nice no more. Very rude and Unprofessionally . Was not expecting that there once you Salesforce did team job .That's what will get me back in the door to your location Great work Sales Advisors or Retail Sales Associates Thank again..

    My resent experience was lacking. Hadn't been to best buy in a long time. I made a big purchase that I didn't feel completely comfortable with when I left the store. The staff wasn't so knowledgeable in the department I made my purchase. Merchandise will be returned today. The greeting squad upon entering and departure was exceptional. The only highlight of my visit. After my visit to return this laptop, it'll be a long time before I go back. Good in person customer service is lacking across the board. It explains why Amazon is doing so well. Best buy you use to be my go-to for electronic needs. But not anymore. My last visit was very disappointing. You've got to do better Best buy.

    I helped my husband load a brand new 3D printer into the car and sat with our 3 kids for 30 minutes waiting for this store to open, only for him to walk out empty handed after being turned away without a single ounce of effort to help. We drove over an hour, wasted gas, and didn't even get the courtesy of someone actually trying to resolve the issue. We weren't even being difficult ...we offered to exchange it or go with a completely different model. They still refused. No manager. No GM. Just staff who had already decided no before they even looked into it. I stayed in the car with our kids the whole time and when he came back out with that printer I could not believe it. All of that for nothing. We are elite Best Buy members. This is how they treat their loyal customers? Best Buy's own app had the return approved, a barcode generated, and step by step instructions ready to go. Their staff didn't care. Nobody tried. The managers couldn't even be bothered to show their faces. Happy Easter weekend to us. Nothing says holiday weekend like hauling a heavy 3D printer an hour each way with 3 kids in the car for absolutely nothing and wasting gas. We won't be back. P.S. Shoutout to the laziest store manager and GM we never got to meet.

    Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I drove over an hour and waited 30 minutes before they opened just to return a brand new 3D printer I purchased yesterday — still in the original box with every part included. Best Buy's own app and website clearly state that in-store returns will be shipped back to the seller on your behalf. I had the return barcode pulled up and everything. Despite that, they flat out refused to process it and told me I'd have to take it to FedEx myself. The funniest part? I'm attaching a screenshot of their own app that says the exact opposite of everything they told me in store. Step by step instructions, an in-store return option, and a barcode they generated specifically for my return. Their own system approved it. Their own staff ignored it. What really got me was that the general manager wouldn't even come speak with me. Too busy, I guess, to address a customer who drove an hour with a large defective item based on what their own website promised. I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years and spent a lot of money here. That ends today. If your own policies mean nothing to your staff, there's no reason for customers to trust shopping here. Do better. P.S. Thanks for letting me carry this heavy 3D printer for absolutely nothing.
