Alonso was a great very calmed demeanor. Great with my kid and overall very helpful in the set up of our new phones.

Come get your free iPhone 17s but pay $550 in taxes and we won’t tell you that part in the advertisement. “Sir with every free giveaway there’s always taxes “that’s not true. I’ve gotten free phones from AT&T from cricket and Boost mobile. Full of surprises and lies all they want you to do is connect up auto pay so they can guarantee their money gets to them while telling you you can pay less if you guarantee their money. These people suck I only came here to get an iPhone. And I’m not sure it was worth it. I’d rather go back to using android and dealing with Spanish-speaking customer service agents at cricket on Chicon Street. not only that But when you call customer service, you get connected with some dude in India that you can’t hear and even if you could hear him, his accent is so thick he might as well not even be speaking English. This is a joke. The guy that helped me Me was very nice, but you could tell even he knew the company he worked for was garbage. Under his breath, multiple times said “come on Verizon what are you doing? “ While trying to figure out my cluster cluck of a phone set up. Can’t even pay my bill through the app. Tells me my password and username don’t match while I’m setting up my password and username? I Have to pay my bill without logging in. And the fact that you can do that, the fact that Verizon has it set up to where you don’t have to login to pay your bill, only admits that they know their app is garbage and they know everyone has issues with their trash service. “We know we suck so here’s an alternative way to pay your phone bill since you probably won’t be able to login.”

I would recommend Jeff for any individual out there is looking for an honest upfront trustworthy kind of gentleman they prefer to do with business with.
