The service I received exceeded my expectations. Lawrence took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, offered several excellent recommendations, and worked to secure the best deals available. Throughout the entire process, he made sure I felt informed and in control of the decisions. He even saved me an extra trip by ensuring I had all the accessories I needed for my new devices before I left. Lawrence truly embodies the Lone Star State’s motto of friendship. I walked away not only with the service I needed from Verizon, but feeling like I had made a new friend. Cheers, Verizon!

Within a minute or 2, he researched it and found it was an accidental combo button press. i could never have figured it out. then we easily covered tiny details about current plans and slight upgrades for 2026 -- great folks!

When we arrived, the store was locked and we had to wait outside until someone opened the door. Once we went inside, one of the employees asked if six people had just come in for two lines. I confirmed, and he then made a joke about pronouncing my name, which I found very unprofessional and unnecessary. After explaining the line options, he told me that if I wanted to get a line, I would have to pay the full amount in cash. However, when I got home and checked, I saw that debit card payments were accepted, so the information he gave me was incorrect. Overall, the service was unprofessional and not welcoming. I did not feel respected as a customer, and I hope management works on improving customer service at this location
