    Upsale city all day long, and in my opinion, over-priced. If you get a service plan, keep your computer backed up because if it takes to long to diagnose the problem, your computer may get restored to factory with the potential for file loss if you don't have a backup (see what happened there?)...

    My Mom has a dryer issue the Geek Squad has been to her house 3 times and still hasn't solved. They've told her to clean exhaust vents. She did and still not working. Told her new parts needed, but showed up and refused to install parts because deflected again to venting. She's a paid member and they are lazy!!!

    Alright, Ill preface this review by saying this probably isn't much of a surprise. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I took my computer in to have them do a simple wipe of windows 10 and a clean reinstallation of windows 11. Simple right? Something I could do myself(And I did end up doing myself), my computer was just a bit of a mess and I was being a little lazy. Fast forward 3 days, no response from anyone from their team. I go back into the store to check on the progress and I was told I have bad memory(Clearly trying to upsell services) and all of my RAM sticks were handed back to me in a plastic bag when I declined.. This is the equivalent of having your tires returned back to you in the trunk of your car after a failed brake job. Absurd. Save your time and money and if you have a problem with your PC or device that you can't manage on your own. Take it to a local professional.. What a total clown show.

    Recently went to the geek squad when my kids PS5 controller and headset was having falling apart after a year of hard use and they were quick to assist and get everything taken care of. Thanks Samir!

    Appointment only, even to drop something off with them you can't even talk to the "guy" unless your on the list kind of silly
