  Upsale city all day long, and in my opinion, over-priced. If you get a service plan, keep your computer backed up because if it takes to long to diagnose the problem, your computer may get restored to factory with the potential for file loss if you don't have a backup (see what happened there?)...

  My Mom has a dryer issue the Geek Squad has been to her house 3 times and still hasn't solved. They've told her to clean exhaust vents. She did and still not working. Told her new parts needed, but showed up and refused to install parts because deflected again to venting. She's a paid member and they are lazy!!!

  Recently went to the geek squad when my kids PS5 controller and headset was having falling apart after a year of hard use and they were quick to assist and get everything taken care of. Thanks Samir!

  While I did not get either one's name, they both were so very helpful to me. I was in full panic mode to the point of tears. Ok I'm 63 & royally messed up my phone. In the blink of an eye, he had it fixed & all back to my phone! I can't thank them enough; AT&T and Samsung could not help at all! So, that tells me Bastrop Geek Squad knows the business. Many thanks again!

  We have multiple computers and get each set up thru geek squad. Very responsive to how I need each set up Online geeks got my printer set up in no time
