  I came in Saturday Feb 14 2026 with a simple issue and Valerie one of the younger employees was very rude and condescending and was absolutely no help whatsoever. She was extremely bothered to have to get up from her chair from playing on her phone. She didn't even listen to my problem. Just said I would have to buy a new phone. Laughed at me when I was clearly upset with how unprofessional she was acting. The 2 other employees in the store at the time were no help either. I had no choice but to leave with my phone still not working. I had just switched to cricket less than a week ago. I came back the next day luckily Valerie was not there. I explained my simple issue to Julie and she was very helpful. She fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes for less than 11 bucks.

  I called yesterday to ask about their I phone promo and if they had it in stock and was advised to come In to give my info to see if I was eligible or not. Today 1/09/26 I did just that. I drove 30 minutes to their store and waited patiently for the lady to finish up with the person before me and once he left she got my id, my number and my port in information and said I was eligible for the promos. An hour later she is now having issues and Miguel the manager comes out to help and says I’m not eligible. I joking told him so what do I get for yall stringing me along wasting at least an hour of my life. After a brief interaction and him offering no sincere apologies or other resources for his associates lack of knowledge in working their computer systems he becomes agitated towards me for inquiring about other options and as I begin to get up to leave he tells me to just leave and Im kind of hard of hearing but I believe he also said to never come back to his store.I wish cricket would watch the cameras to see this man’s true character and the poor service I received today. Go to Lagrange or giddings for better service. I’m just going to wait now until my local cricket gets the phone I want back in stock.

  Terrible service. 2 female employees refused to help me and lied to me even though they had no other customers. They should be ashamed, including the older female that should know better
