Bought two tvs. 75” and 65” One was broken when I opened it. There isn’t a direct phone number to this store to talk to a HUMAN about replacing my tv. Your automated systems need help learning their prompts before you subject your customers to them. This has been a nightmare to navigate. Post your direct phone number. My only recourse is to drive to you and in this day and age it’s outrageous. Fix it. You’ll lose what’s left of your customer base.

I went to Best Buy to buy a new phone, and the experience was honestly disappointing. I stood there for over 40 minutes waiting for help. I asked three different employees if someone could assist me, and every one of them said the same thing that they didn’t have the keys to open the phone cases but that they would get someone who did. Nobody ever came back.
At a certain point, it started to feel like we weren’t being taken seriously. We’re young, and it honestly seemed like they assumed we couldn’t afford the phone or weren’t worth helping. I left without buying anything, and the whole situation made me not want to shop there again. Customer service should be better, no matter someone’s age.
