  I want to give a big thank you to an amazing young man who not only did he provide me with amazing customer service he took the time to show me how to use it my new phone. Being an older grandma who is not tech savvy at all, he walked me through how to navigate the new interwebs and Google's younger sibling gemi or what ever its name is. When you hired him you got a diamond in the ruff for sure and he's a very handsome young fella to boot. So if you could pass it along to Kortez, was his name, he made sure to tell me it was with a K (which I think is the cutest name ever) that Mrs. Mama Karma said how much she appreciates him for showing her that his generation has a few good well raised people amongst them . P.s. this boy knows his stuff hang on to this one.. not many hard workers anymore.

  I am not happy at all took 2 and a half hours to purchase a phone and I did not get to keep my old number and did not get the hotspot that I paid for cricket sucks in the Bandera area
