Ridiculous customer service to be turned away in the rain with a baby for a two second pick up. After they found nally let me in they gave me a phone which they stated they couldn't transfer the data or turn on service. So I went home and transferred all data myself and it all showed up (shocker, the data transfer button works!) Then, I spent another two hours on the phone with customer service to set up the esim to be able to make calls. All to say, they were just not at all helpful or very nice. I tried to be kind in store but they acted like I was an issue and I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Lost a 13 year customer.
