    Today I had my cell phone stolen by someone, and I had some irreplaceable pictures on it if my dogs who had recently passed during their final day. I came in to the store emotional and crying, and Stephen immediately assisted me and helped me turn off my services while trying g to help locate my device. Unfortunately the device was turned off, but Stephen helped me get a replacement ordered and was really empathetic and professional. If it wasnt for him today, I think I would have had a breakdown. 10/10 recommend him, he deserves a raise and some praise for sure.
