  I have been in multiple times and Caleb has always been so helpful! When I broke my phone he was able to get me upgraded to a new phone. He is always helpful with my billing issues! The store is always clean and and all of the employees are very helpful! Caleb always goes above and beyond to help with customer service!

  Alrighty im going to explain my experience today. Unfortnatly my father forgot to pay his phone bill which meaned he could not use the quick pay option. (Apparantly I am the only "authorized" user ) which means he can not pay the bill unless he uses quick pay. I was un aware of this as well as him. Unfortunately my father is an older man 67 years old which means he doesn't understand technology and how things work and policies so when he is told something he doesn't expect he honestly turns into a rude man. We have had some issues before when we went in so he hasn't liked cricket very much but hey it's cheap. But back to today he went in tried to pay and was told he can not. He then became irrate and irritated. He was im sure rude and apparantly told some customers walking in don't use this service and possibly had some choice words. Leaving the workers at cricket very upset apparantly... because when I came in Caleb made sure to let me know how mad he was at my 67 year old father and how rude he was to them and the customers. Now let me say I came in knowing what he did so I was calm and collective in trying to figure out why he couldn't pay the bill..here is my issue Caleb was very unprofessional and rude. When the nice other lady working asked if I wanted to add him to the plan I said no ma'am my father is wanting to switch companies. Caleb then rudely said " yeah that's probably a good idea! " he also made several other rude comments that I cant remember because at this point im upset and getting angry because this grown man is insulting my father to me when im trying to descalete the situation and understand what went wrong. I want cricket to be aware your employee was very rude to me because I am related to the man on my plan and was rude to him. But when I came in I dont feel as if I was giving off that vibe. I tried to be professional and your employee was only trying to escalate the situation instead of de escalate it. I'll be contacting cricket as well to make sure they are aware as well as Maddy the store manager. Also cricket. In my opionon Caleb made me feel like he wanted to be confronted ( by the stare downs he was giving me as well as his body language and I could have sensed it could of very easilly turned into a physical altercation if I hadn't been calm. Cricket i surely hope yall contact your employee and make sure he realizes how in some situations your going to come across people that are irrational and rude. But his position as a costumer service employee is to not make the situation worse and do the best they can. Instead of continuing on with other customers. Also there was a lady Caleb was working with that I sensed was feeling uncomfortable as well when Caleb was explaining how mad my father made him. So it wasn't just me in there that got to experience this. Another older lady was caught in the crossfire of his unprofessional service and rude comments.

  I just have to say, Madi is an absolute rockstar! She runs the store like a pro — friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team because everything runs smooth when she’s around. She goes above and beyond to make sure every single person leaves happy, whether it’s fixing a phone issue, explaining a plan, or just taking the time to listen. Managers like Madi are rare these days — she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this store and telling everyone I know to do the same!

  Caleb is an absolute legend! Heck of a lot better than the Springtown location. Lady that was there was sweet too, I don't believe I caught her name. Both of them are absolutely wonderful! Keep doing what you're doing king and never change!

  Peggy was amazing! Thank you so much! Got in and out, got what I wanted, she was upfront and honest about everything, no hidden fees anywhere. Great customer service!!
