The guy was lliterally looking for any reason to NOT give a loan from the second that I walked in. Even when I requested a payday loan if they wouldn't help with a regular loan, the guy said he "wouldn't recommend it, and it'll mess my bank account up". Not sure what that's supposed to mean, dude 🤷♂️ Mind you, I never even filled out the application for any of this to have taken place 😆 Not helpful, underwhelming, and quite frankly rude customer service was my personal experience here. Save yourself the time, hassle, and embarrassment.
- JVJami VegaMar 14, 20261.0I got a coach purse threw this place and I only used it once when the purse on the side got like black they said it was my pants I was like my pants are not new and have been worn several times they did not want to take it back or replace it worst service ever never never again will I get anything from them I was better off buying one at Burlington and also some I got the purse in payments am still paying for it and they kept the purse I didn’t want it back in that condition I have bought several purses at the San Marcos outlet and this has never hato me they were like your payment is due so I continue paying for it my advice never get anything from here it’s a ripoff
