  We had a great experience with this clinic! The team was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. They helped us resolve our situation quickly and professionally, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to help with everything we needed. Highly recommend, truly a wonderful and supportive team!

  Dr. Lucia, our usual vet, took excellent, attentive, empathetic care of our girl for close to a decade. All of the staff, from the front desk and technicians to the veterinarians have been kind, caring, and on top of their game. We have always felt our girl was in great hands. The staff remembers our girl and us. Appointments begin and are conducted in a timely manner. We have been been squeezed into the schedule for special circumstances. Follow-up, such as on labs, is consistent and timely. Communication is EXCELLENT. During the times we have needed to see the other veterinarians at this hospital, they too have been wonderful. If we weren't relocating, I would take future pets to this clinic forever. Thank you so much for looking after our girl these many years.

  I’ve taken all of the pets I’ve owned here and they’ve been nothing but amazing. Extremely kind, patient with my nervous shy animals (dog & cats) , cost friendly especially when communicating your situation. My animals have never had any complications post vet trips, they’ve been handled with amazing care and fed lots of treats. Genuinely recommend this specific VCA but all VCAs are amazing as well. Thank you VCA arbor!

  I placed an online order for my dogs flea and tick medicine. I received an email that I needed to call the vet and give more information. I was frustrated seeing the emails as I had just brought my dogs in 2 months prior and “all was good”. I called and spoke with Jasmine and then Shannon, both were so sweet and helpful. Listened to my issues and worked together to get all the information corrected and updated. Love the staff!!!

  I adopted a senior dog from the shelter 8 years ago, and I brought her to VCA Arbor ever since. She had problems necessitating a trip to the vet fairly regularly, from minor to serious, and the doctors at VCA would give me my options and let me choose, and not just try to pressure me into the more expensive one. I feel like the prices for prescriptions filled at the vet usually seem pretty ridiculous, and they sometimes were here, but other times they were basically the same I'd pay at Chewy. But, it also doesn't really matter since they will handle verifying prescriptions for Chewy with no hassle, unlike a previous vet I used who would only give you a paper copy and tell you to deal with it yourself. A few months ago my dog got to the point where the end was near, and Dr Ortiz prescribed some medications to make things comfortable for the my girl had left, and gave me info on at-home vets for when it was time. The medication helped, and we had a great few months. After Ruby passed I received a letter from Dr Ortiz that was really comforting and appreciated. I always had a positive experience at VCA Arbor, whether it was the front desk, techs, or doctors, and I appreciate everything they did for Ruby.
