He explained Brandon was in his way and would finalize the sale. Henry worked through6 to 8 customers before Brandon arrived including a seeing impaired customer. Henry helped her with a call to CS and her restore her service all the while checking in with me and all who entered. He was amazing. When Brandon arrived he helped me to transfer my data and he fjnalized the sale, all while he helped several customers including me. His professionalism, efficiency, and nowledge is outstanding. Henry and Brandon are an excellent team and Rusell Cellular and Verizon are lucky to employ them.
