She is very clear, funny, and knows what she is doing!! And she even speaks Spanish!!! I will never go to anyone else!! She was helping 2 other people before me and she was sooo kind and so helpful!!! I’ve seen so many people in retail lose their shit!!! And she remained calm and was again very very helpful

- STSamantha TranOct 10, 20251.010/10 at 12:15 Walked in to maybe switch, two employees working. one of the employees heavy set female, was insanely rude to the man she was assisting. He was Asian who spoke broken English and was having a harder time understanding the policy (bringing in his phones that he was going to trade in). As someone who has worked retail previously (even worked at Verizon for 3 years) the way she was speaking to him was 100% unacceptable. Yelling or raising your voice isn’t going to make the person understand what you are trying to explain. Sighing and saying “oh my god, what don’t you understand “ to his face is not only unprofessional but bordering racism. I get retail can be frustrating at times but NEVER was how she acted acceptable in any retail setting. We waited a bit to be sure she wasn’t going to cross that line but he walked out. My husband and I felt so bad but we were glad it didn’t escalate further… Then to hear her talk about that man to her next customer. I’m shocked and we walked out, if I’m going to switch I will not be giving that lady any commission. I’m not sure if this is a corporate store or authorized dealer (I’m thinking authorized dealer just by the looks of the inside of the store). Shame on this store and especially that gross woman who cannot deal with customers from different backgrounds.
