Went in to get a breakdown of my bill and maybe upgrade phone lines but from the start the person who helped me just wanted me to do it all through the app. While I'm sure I could have done it I specifically drove to the store to get more information on each one of the plans that were on my bill. Tried asking questions but kept getting told that he can't look it up on this screen so to just look it up on my app and then ended up jumping to help someone else that came in before I finished getting my questions answered. He didn't ask if I needed anything else just wanted to rush me out and have me figure it out through the app.
