    I went to this store yesterday 12/22 to turn in my trade. The manager spoke to me like I was dumb told me everything I already knew but didn’t resolve my situation at all instead told me to go back to Best Buy where I bought the new phone. I did go back to Best Buy, spoke with store manager, who initially helped me, And in less than 5 min he resolved my issue. He was so upset that the Verizon manager made me go back to Best Buy b/c supposedly she couldn’t help me she looked like she was high! Eyes support glossy and I think she just didn’t want to help me b/c I went in before closing so disappointed in Verizon I’m a customer of over 20yrs!! Now I have to go back to Verizon to complete my trade in:(((

    Employees are super friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to activate my new phone at home for whatever reason, so stopped in and Jeremiah(?) spent upwards of 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service to help me get it sorted.

    I’m sure the staff are nice, lovely people. However, after the kind greeting, we waited for about 30 min while 1 store associate helped a customer, and the others seemed to take turns going on lunch breaks. Maybe we came a the wrong time? But it seemed odd that out of 5 employees and 1 manager that we saw in and out from the back of the store, no one could help us. Could be a poor timing thing on our part, but it still left us feeling annoyed that we even made the effort to come in store at all. They could close for an hour so staff can have a proper lunch, and that would be a better alternative. Although I’ve been with Verizon for almost a decade, may be time for a change.
