  Horrible customer service, had to go back 3 times in one day. Sheyla erased my old phone before transferring my service and told me I had to go to a corporate location 30 min. Will never be coming back.

  NEVER go to a Russell Cellular! I wish I had known that they are not Verizon - the sign above the store even says Verizon. Anything you purchase through them, and any account changes/errors that are made are almost impossible to fix. Russell Cellular takes no accountability for their actions and have no consequences because they are not actually Verizon. Their employee lied to us about adding new line and phone as a cheaper option, for what we needed. We have now spent countless hours trying to remedy the situation. Not one employee has been helpful, and all have been condescending and rude. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Would give zero stars if possible.

  Placed an order for a phone through the app and made the absolute mistake of picking this location. Walked in and the employee was kicked back in her chair with headphones on. Asked for my account pin and I gave her what I was sure was my pin. She said it was incorrect. I said okay, well can I change it in the app? She said no, you have to call support. Went to my car and changed the pin instantly in the app. Walked back in to her in her chair with her feet kicked up again, and told her I changed it and gave her the number. She said “still incorrect, but why don’t you call and cancel the order with Verizon and place it through me?” She clearly wanted the sale and was trying to be difficult on purpose to prevent me from picking up my phone. At this point I said i was gonna come back tomorrow. She then goes “Well you can wait 2 weeks and get a iphone 17” I clearly already bought a phone and am here to pick it up. She clearly just wanted a sale. I then called a live verizon agent and USED THE SAME NUMBER TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT. He talked to her directly and walked her through how to refresh it on her end and she argued with the support agent. He then had me change my pin AGAIN and used it in FRONT OF HER to get into my account and she shrugged. The live agent informed me that she just wanted a sale and was being difficult on purpose. Thankfully he was able to switch the order to delivery. Avoid this place at all costs, unless they are getting money directly from you, they don’t care!!!

  I recently visited this store to set up three business lines for my company. Despite bringing substantial business (over $3,000 in devices and new lines), I experienced poor customer service. The representative was impatient and rushed me through the application process, implying it was inconvenient for him despite the store being empty. Overall, the unprofessional attitude was disappointing, especially as a business customer.

  Outstanding Customer Service! I came into the Verizon store in urgent need of a new phone—my wife's phone had broken, and we were preparing to travel out of the country for three weeks. Shayla and Bryan were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They understood the urgency and had me set up with a new phone, screen protector, and everything transferred and ready to go in under 20 minutes. Their service was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how seamless they made the experience. I highly recommend this location!
