Anything you purchase through them, and any account changes/errors that are made are almost impossible to fix. Russell Cellular takes no accountability for their actions and have no consequences because they are not actually Verizon. Their employee lied to us about adding new line and phone as a cheaper option, for what we needed. We have now spent countless hours trying to remedy the situation. Not one employee has been helpful, and all have been condescending and rude. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Would give zero stars if possible.
