We had a ton of questions about plans, perks, and upgrading to new phones, and Nick was incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood each step, and got all our new phones set up and running perfectly in no time. Everything has been working great since, and the experience at this store made the switch so easy and stress-free.
