    Today I spoke with a representative at this location and she was extremely rude. She cut me off mid sentence and her overall demeanor was unpleasant. Called back to speak with the manager and she wasn’t too concerned about the interaction nor was she helpful. Cancelling my order and heading to another location.

    Worst experience I’ve had at a Verizon. The sales associate who helped me, David, was pushy and disrespectful and treated me like I was stupid for choosing a different option than he recommended. This is a retail store, so they are not as knowledgeable or helpful as a corporate store anyways.

    Great and friendly service. I’m not sure why it took me so long to finally leave AT&T. If you want personal friendly service, this is the store to go to. David was the absolute best!

    Ordered a phone through website "ready within 1 hour" at 11:36am. (Have email confirmation with timestamps) Arrived at store at 12:45. Signed in and waited for a few minutes for a rep to be available. That rep told me "I was at the wrong store" after looking at my confirmation email, that even listed this store and address. He conferred with another sales person who said it is the right store, but it takes up to TWO hours. I left and came back at 1:40. The same sales rep told me to "sign in and they'd get to me when they had a representative available", completely failing to acknowledge I was the customer returning at the time they told me to. Luckily the store manager/supervisor recognized the situation and came over to confirm my name, did some work on a computer then continued helping her customers for another 5-10 minutes. She finally came over to me at about 1:55 (2+ hours since order) and showed me that my name was now in their system, but it wasn't marked as "ready" so they couldn't give it to me, and couldn't tell me how long it would take to be able to give it to me. I left and went home. I was on hold with 611 (VZW customer service for 16 minutes and never reached a representative before giving up.) As of writing this review we are at 2.5 hours for a "within 1 hour" and there is no indication of when I can actually get my order. There appears to be no way to provide customer service, the people in the store can't do anything, nobody at customer service can be reached, there appears to be no recourse to even acknowledge the problem, much less anyone able to actually solve it. ***update 12/22/25: Still no response from Verizon or the store the next business day. ***
