  I visited this Verizon location in the Lakeline area to return a phone I had recently traded in, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, three employees were sitting down. I clearly asked if someone could assist me, and I was met with blank stares and no response. I had to repeat myself before anyone acknowledged me. Once I explained why I was there, the staff again appeared confused and disengaged. I approached a young woman who seemed available, only to have another employee abruptly step in and say, “First of all, she’s in training.” That was the greeting — “First of all.” No professionalism, no courtesy. The tone and delivery were unnecessary and disrespectful. The interaction escalated quickly, and instead of resolving the situation, I was handed my phone back and effectively dismissed. Customer service should never feel dismissive or condescending. Every customer deserves to be greeted with professionalism and respect, regardless of who they are. Thankfully, when I contacted Verizon directly, they were extremely helpful and promptly sent me a return label to resolve the issue — which is how this situation should have been handled in-store from the beginning. I hope leadership takes the time to retrain this team on basic customer engagement and professionalism. I will not be returning to this location.

  Bria was an excellent rep; she was able to quickly coordinate multiple trades w ease at the same time which limited how long we needed to be there. Additionally, she made sure we weren't wasting our money buying a phone we didn't need, was interactive with us, and had a calm demeanor. Makes all the difference!

  Today I spoke with a representative at this location and she was extremely rude. She cut me off mid sentence and her overall demeanor was unpleasant. Called back to speak with the manager and she wasn’t too concerned about the interaction nor was she helpful. Cancelling my order and heading to another location.
