They told me the phone was free with bill credits because I got a new line. It’s not, not even close. 2. I told them I wanted the unlimited plus plan. They put me on unlimited ultimate. 3. I told them I didn’t want any protection plan because I had Apple care. They added it anyway. Now I’ve been on the phone with Verizon and the guy is just saying sorry that store lied to you we are not liable for what they told you. They are absolute thieves and will tell you whatever they need to to get you out the door. It’s one thing if it’s one issue but these were three blatant lies. DO NOT GO HERE.
