  Hunter helped my mom and me so much today with trading in our phones for a better value and lowering our monthly bill. We were there for several hours asking tons of questions, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive the entire time. What really stood out was how genuine he was. It truly felt like he wanted to help us find the best possible options and deals. The whole process can be overwhelming with so many plans, upgrades, and tech details (especially since we’re not very tech-savvy), but he explained everything clearly, gave very explicit step-by-step instructions, and was extremely hands-on throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured, just supported. It was such a great customer experience, and I would absolutely recommend asking for Hunter if you need help. Thank you again

  Hunter was so helpful! He kindly offered me upgrades but wasn’t pushy when I declined, and talked me through each step of the process of transferring to my new phone so that I wasn’t confused about what was going on. All in all it was a quick and easy process with his help - he’s also a pro at putting on screen protectors!

  Be cautious of this! We went in to pick up my phone and were bombarded with upselling to the point we were uncomfortable. Then we log into our Verizon account and notice an offer was applied to our account that we did not authorize. Robbie reached out to ask how things were going and was unhelpful and unresponsive when we asked to have the upgrade we didn’t consent to removed from the plan. Blamed it on AI.
