    A little clarity on wait times would have been nice. I had one question about benefits of buying though Verizon or apple directly, and was quoted a 5 min wait. I was not intending on making a decision that day on what to do was going to sit on it and think. But after 20 min I left, and was told to "make an appointment" in a very condescending way from the store manager. Which funny enough I made an appointment in the 20 minute wait time with apple, they took care of me same day. 4 new iPhones 2 watches and an iPad. So thanks I guess. If you're short staffed just be honest with people, it wasn't that serious.

    Recently, I visited another location in Austin, where I finally received help. They managed to get my phone functioning correctly and improved my internet connection by providing the gray tower. I brought the white box back to return it to the original store after waiting in line. I was turned away stating that the that the driver license was needed to make the return even thou I had a photo of my driver license and could verify with a security pin and I asked her if we could call costumer service together to we get them their device back and she simply stated that she can't because she was the MANAGER --- and she said I don't know why that other store would give your another box it's seem like they're were just trying to upsell you and if you wanted that one you could have asked us. Nevertheless I don't think there's an excuse for all the false promise on selling their product & not delivering and no communication.

    SO unhelpful. We decided to switch network providers after this visit. We urgently need this resolved, but Verizon customer service has been completely unable to fix it for 3+ weeks. The first time we were here, the employees were very supportive and tried their best to help us with a problem that is Verizon's fault, but this second visit has been completely useless. They are telling us conflicting information from our several customer service calls and previous visits to this exact store. They have been rude and completely reluctant to try anything to help us.

    I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years and it was time, once again, to upgrade my wife’s phone. We went to this store and waited more than an hour to see one of the more experienced sales staff. The manager offered to let us make an appointment for the same person, which we did. Two days later, at 3:00, we arrive only to be told we “were next in line”. After waiting 45 minutes, the manager asked if we wanted to see another person. We asked if he could help us… because we have had difficulty with trainees / inexperienced sales people in this store. He said, “I’m the manager and I can get you someone, I cannot help you.” What the heck!!! If they let you make appointments, the manager should make every effort that the staff member scheduled for the appointment is available. We left and went to another Verizon store where we got our new phone and were home an hour later. There are plenty of other Verizon stores and there is no need to wait and wait and wait ….

    When I bought my iPhone screen protector like a year ago they said I would be able to get a new one in store. When I finally cracked my protector and came in store they said they can't do that and I'd have to file online. I specifically told the store attendant I didn't want to have an online only warranty and they said I could do it in store. Best Buy offers this service without issue!
