Been a customer since 2009.. Got a new phone and had to return the old one. My husband is at the store and has been waiting almost an hour in the “queue” and still haven’t been able to literally drop the phone off. When he approached an employee, he was told “we are short staffed and need to check an ID.” Checking an ID and giving a phone back takes less than a minute. I work in healthcare and even if we are “short staffed,” the job still has to be done in a timely manner. So disappointing

Update after Verizon response: I feel there must have been a search team for Bill in my review and a standard response was cut and pasted. My complaint was not about my bill as I am not a Verizon customer. My complaint was about their unwillingness to honor their advertised promotion.
I came in as Verizon advertises that they will beat my T-Mobile price if I bring in my bill. I brought in my bill and they initially met it, but then suddenly it increased to 100 dollars *more* per month than my current bill. I was told this after sitting for over 2 hours.

If you stop at this store make sure you ask for Camille, the best verizon specialist. She goes above and beyond making sure you have the results for all your needs. I go there once a year at least when I need an upgrade or a new device and she always informs me of all my options and best ways to save on my bill. I had a not so great experience with other specialist where they were not so helpful or referred you to call customer service to assist you, not what you spect when you walk into the store. Camille actually takes the time to call customer service and talk to them to facilitate whatever issue you have. That happen to me twice and i'm sure i'm not special, that's just how helpful she is with every customer. She totally deserves a raise or be the Manager there. Thanks for everything Camille!

Absolutely terrible customer service at this Verizon store. Every time I come in, they immediately try to upsell me on things I don’t need, and when I say no, the rep (Carlos) got visibly frustrated. It feels like they care more about sales than actually helping customers. I highly, highly recommend going to a different Verizon location.
