Was very disappointed with my experience today. Left with no real true answers! The vibe here is hope you have at least 15-25k savings to save your pets life! They have a care credit card that interests rates are 24.9% absolutely absurd! Truly ridiculous with the pricing. I went back to my vet for a second opinion and they also agreed that cancer treatment plus surgery should not cost 17k. Dr. Strottner would not answer my questions and revert back to “well we just need to run tests to see”. We already know what the issue is! You can clearly see that my dog has two thyroid lumps in his throat. The only thing this place cares about is money and not saving your pet!! If you guys truly CARE you would set up a payment plan. Having a dog with cancer is already stressful enough! I will not be referring any of my friends or family to this place!

Cannot say enough about how good Dr Strottner and her team are at this facility. They treated my dog for a year with cancer . They were transparent , caring, reasonable, and very accessible to us when we had questions. Having a dog with cancer is very stressful but dealing with them was not a burden at all. We will be bringing any of our future pets here

I cannot thank Dr. Weinstein and his team enough for their support and care for my cat, Boba. We partnered up this March when a mass was found in Boba’s mouth and was growing so very quickly. They lovingly walked me through all of my options and did not pressure me to choose one way or the other. After Boba’s surgery the team sent us home with a cutie goodie bag and were glowing about how much of a gentleman Boba was. You can tell these professionals love what they do and the animals they treat deeply. Dr. Weinstein especially had extremely good bedside manner and held my hand through some really tough decisions all the way to the end. Although Boba is no longer with us, I can say confidently that in some of his scariest moments he was made comfy by his besties at this clinic. Thank you, Dr. Weinstein and the team at VCA for your care of not only my cat, but of me too. ♥️

My dog, Luna, has finished her radiation treatments today and I am so glad to report that all has gone even better than I had allowed myself to hope. She has a rare type of mast cell cancer—oral—and the tumor was large before I discovered it. Naturally it would be premature to assume it’s completely gone but it looks gone. We’ll see, and do whatever is needed next, but this is the best outcome I could have hoped for and now I have lots of hope for her future. She’s not even 5 years old yet. I can never thank Dr. Treuill and staff enough. I am eternally grateful.

My dog who had prostate cancer developed serious issues and had to be euthanized within 3 days of getting a CT scan from here. He had zero problems before going in for the CT. I don't know what happened exactly, but something seems to have gone wrong. Also, this is a specialty hospital - not full service! We just moved to TX after getting couple of rounds of chemo in a different state and wanted to go on to do radiation therapy from here. We explained the whole thing to the front desk and they suggested to take appointment with just the radiation oncologist but later on when we wanted a refill of his NSAID prescription, they said the radiation oncologist doesn't do any of that. We needed to have seen the medical oncologist apparently. We were not made aware of this! We had called weeks ahead to take appropriate appointment! Ultimately, this left us in an extremely horrible situation where when our dog's condition got bad after getting CT, we didn't have any oncologist to consult with! And no one from the hospital followed up after giving the CT report and we informed them he was having issues. Very disappointed in the lack of care. Wish we had gone to a different hospital - our dog might still be alive now!
