I relocated to the Southwest side of Austin almost 6yrs ago and have been taking my fur babies to the Ben White location, and I couldn't be happier! The care and professionalism of ALL the staff has always made it enjoyable every time I go. I really love how the staff is attentive and pleasant. A year ago they helped my family and & I with the tough decision of letting our oldest, sweet Ruby, rest in peace - not an easy decision, but the comfort and compassion of the team...words can not express my gratitude and thanks. They even sent us a beautiful Sympathy card and shared their condolences <3. Now, they're taking care of our Big Boi "Moose", and I love how helpful they have been with educational information regarding care for Frenchies as well as the love they shower him with. Thank you all SO MUCH for all the hard work you do in taking care of your patients, and making them & their families feel welcomed!!

My pup had a recent sedated appointment, and when I asked about side effects (specifically diarrhea) the vet said she shouldn’t have diarrhea, but she has for a few days now. When I called for guidance, I was told to come in at 10:15. When I arrived, I waited 30 minutes before asking how much longer it would be. An older front desk staff member responded with such attitude, saying, “You’re on standby. That could be 15 minutes or an hour. Was that not explained to you?” I found this unprofessional, especially since I was invited back for a specific time and was not expecting to wait indefinitely. Just a reminder, just like you, I also have a career and work Monday through Friday 9-5PM. The vet should have anticipated potential side effects and provided guidance or medication on Tuesday. While I’ve liked this VCA before, this experience left a sour taste.
