He immediately came over and build an awesome custom fixture to support the massive and heavy projector that weighs 31 lbs. He fixed alignment issues so it fit my screen and improved on a prior person’s work. The prior person did a great job, but there was an extremely difficult problem since the prior person I hired aligned it decently, but it was still tilted and too far forward. It is a creative fixture that maximizes projection on my screen now and it perfectly aligned. I will be working with Billy again and I highly appreciate his skillsets. He is also so very professional and personable. His prices are also excellent. Highly recommended!
