Let’s be honest we know not to expect much from Geek Squad, but the manager at this one is pretty bad and the way she throws all of Best Buy under the bus is pretty crazy. I know it might seem more convenient but just go straight to the Apple Store, not sure I would trust these people with my data or tech.

I had a great experience with Danny Nguyen here. I called to schedule an appointment for my wife's Macbook Pro which had soda damage...found out her laptop is too old for even Apple to work on it and Danny crafted an email for me and my insurance company...all with a serial number. We're out a $250 deductible since it can't be repaired but Danny was very helpful chatting through the repair process unntil we stumbled on the age of the laptop. I'm very satisfied.
