  The geek squad service of Best Buy is OK, pretends to be quite slow. There are other places that would be faster than justice cheap, this one is convenient.

  Came to Geek Squad to have some items wiped from my computer, have the microsoft office products installed and have another all-in-one monitor looked at. Frank was training Henry and was doing great at training from my viewpoint. As a client I was throughly impressed at his informative and concise explainations of what we are doing, what I want to do and what we could or should do. I asked a couple of general questions also while waiting for the updates: He gave me informative answers that were more than general answers. I have done had plenty of customer service, I work with the public now as well. I felt I received great value and customer service from Frank. He is an assest and I really would like to steal him to work with me and be on my team! I also had looked at reviews that showed 3.0 so I am happy that I can report 5.0 service received

  The person there did not fix my problem and was extremely impatient. It also had a long waiting time.

  I went there today because my Dell laptop had a broken screen. The technician who assist me advise me that it was going to cost me around 270-300$ to get it fix, plus they cant do it on their location and they have to ship it somewhere else, which this process will take around a month or two. He DID offer the option on save my information "in case it gets lost" with them for nothing less than a 100.00 Once I told him that I couldn't believe the price and the time it will take to repair it, he told me "I strongly recommend to just buy a new one" He said that they sometimes are not able to get it fix and if he was me, he just will buy a new one. I left that place and look for another one Parts-People, as soon as I walked into their store, they look at my computer and told me that it would cost 80$ to fix it and it will be ready in 10 min. Completely unbelievable!!!!! They did a great job and and super cheap. Never ever going to even consider Geek Squad.
