Came to Geek Squad to have some items wiped from my computer, have the microsoft office products installed and have another all-in-one monitor looked at. Frank was training Henry and was doing great at training from my viewpoint. As a client I was throughly impressed at his informative and concise explainations of what we are doing, what I want to do and what we could or should do. I asked a couple of general questions also while waiting for the updates: He gave me informative answers that were more than general answers. I have done had plenty of customer service, I work with the public now as well. I felt I received great value and customer service from Frank. He is an assest and I really would like to steal him to work with me and be on my team! I also had looked at reviews that showed 3.0 so I am happy that I can report 5.0 service received

Was told I would have to leave my phone with them and either give them full access to my data (including my unlock code) or wipe everything and deactivate my ownership in order for them to replace the screen protector.

The person there did not fix my problem and was extremely impatient. It also had a long waiting time.
