  Good Evening Austin, for those who have the weekends off, enjoy. 🎉🪅 For those who are doing the jobs that allow most people to have great times, shop, be with the kids etc....You All Rock! Thank You. Aging for me continues to be exciting and full of all The Beauty In The World, in spite of how the world and certainly This Country Continues To Turn On A Blind Eye To The Continued Disassembling Of Truth and History. I will continue to go to the Cricket store, on Norwood, north of Austin. Yeli is a young woman with an old soul, and compassion. A Latina who is beautiful on the inside and out. I have been stalked and Traumatized By The Staff at the Ladybird Apt Complex. A 55 and Up Complex that continues to conspire against me and the tenants without even blinking an eye. Without a phone to call for help as I have been stuck in PTSD and Trauma. My Intentional Mental Torture.... DMA Co. the MANAGEMENT... For two full years,... told by Liz Logan, and Shontel G The two corporate people in charge...make sure my healing is slow like a snail/🐌 however, I am healing as much as I can. For someone: Myself who has been fully disabled from Domestic Violence and Stalking, which keeps me stuck traumatized and reliving PTSD daily... Yeli has helped make sure my phones and service is not just on par: but, with all the storage, email, and all the stuff I need to be safe. "To Help Me Persevere!" She is more than a worker....To Me, She Represents What All Of Us As.... "Human Beings," should be...for each other. We are all different for many reasons but, a young woman, 40 yrs younger than myself.... Does not see my color, my age, my wealth or lack of now, my disability... She listens and continues to give me everything that allows me to leave the Cricket Store.... Hopeful and Truly Happy: in that moment. As long as I'm living in Austin, I will ride the bus and bike which is usually a 2 hour excursion.... Because She Is A Huge Part Of The Man I Am Today, and The Man I Will Become: Tomorrow. 🫶🏽💖 The numbers are The Factual Reality Of How Long I've Endured.... and Denied Justice.   I went to this store because I had bought a Cricket phone from Walmart online. I went to Walmart, the store I had ordered it from and the man who said he would help me was a Verizon representative. All he did was try to sell me a Straight Talk phone despite me telling him my son had already paid my service for October and I have had Cricket service for 8½ years and had the same number the whole time, that I did not want to change my number. After 30 minutes of messing with my phone, stopping to help someone else buy a phone, he finally told me there was no one there that could activate my life. Lesson learned: NEVER buy a phone from Walmart. I went to this store and a young lady helped me, it took her a bit to undo what the guy at Walmart did and then less than 5 minutes to activate it. She and the young man working were VERY helpful and courteous! I'm in a wheelchair and they held the doors open for me and the main thing, got my phone activated! I HIGHLY recommend this store. These 2 young people are an asset to Cricket! They have EXEMPLARY customer service skills, something rare in today's younger generations! I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10+ on a 1-5 scale!

  Cricket is truly a "customer no service". I had many issues, called and got a ticket number but no followup and very slow internet. Tried to return the phone and they said "I could sell it to a vendor for $50". Their price seems a bit lower but get ready to pay in poor service and coverage. Cheap Garbage, I spent nearly $250 starting up internet I could not use or get rid of the device. P-Austin TX
