Details: We've always had great customers service with cricket but we just moved closer to this one so we tried it out with regrets. The lady "didn't know how to help with our new phone set up" and was only trying to sell us a new phone. She even made us feel like we were wasting her time. After much questioning we finally got her to tell us how we could get our new phone set up which was to call the company. Honestly, I didn't like how she ended up wasting our time in an attempt to sell us a phone after we were very clear about our intentions from the start. My husband had to walk out near the end because her attitude was rude from the start and he hit his limit. Luckily, I had more patience to pry the info from her.
