  Juan was the best!!! He helped me get set up with 4 line iPhone 13 family plan and gave me the best level of service anyone could ask for. He was very fast friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs new phone service to come see him, he will get you taken care of!! :)

  I've been a cricket customer for over 5 years. Had a cracked screen so hopped into this location because I had insurance on the phone and time to kill. I was told unceremoniously that they can't help me in store; I'd have to call a number and get my phone in a couple days.... I told them I was not ok with that and I'd be changing services; the response I got was "ok". No attempt to help remedy the situation, no attempt to keep my business. I went across the street to T Mobile, got the same phone I was trying to get for cheaper than my deductible would've been, and got a lower bill. Bye cricket

  Muy mal trato por eso me cambie de compania de celular porque me harte que cuando handan de mal humor se disquiten con uno el otro dia llegue para hacer un pago y Segun habren alas 10 am y yo llegue 15 min hantes y yo entiendo ellos abren alas 10am asi que espere y ellas me vieron que yo estaba Esperando y por sus huevos abrieron 10:10am cuando estaban dos personas para atender y estaban platique y platique y yo parada ahi esperando y cuando llego un americano ahora si rapido fueron abrir medio tanto coraje por tratarme asi y por eso ya no Volvi a ir a esa tienda preferi ir a otra mas lejos hasta que me cambie de compania

  I was fine still i knew. Jocelyn told me that i was promotion if i buy a case for my phone she will give the screen protector free but when i looked my receipt she charged me for both case and screen protector. And also i wanted to say the Jocelyn made her own 5 star review using my phone she wasn't honest.. Todo esta bien,hasta que me di cuenta que al mirar mi recibo Jocelyn me cobro el case y el protector del Nuevo telefono que compre en ese momento ,ella me dijo que habia una promosion que al comprar el case el protector era gratis no fue asi. Tambien quiero decir que al momento que ella estaba programando mi Nuevo telefono me dijo que habriera mi cuenta de Google y despues me di cuenta que ella se escribio sus propios reviews usando mi telefono,ella no fue honesta al usar mi telefono y mi cuenta para calificarse asi misma 5 star . No bueno .
