- SBSteven BeanOct 17, 20251.0I've been a cricket customer for over 5 years. Had a cracked screen so hopped into this location because I had insurance on the phone and time to kill. I was told unceremoniously that they can't help me in store; I'd have to call a number and get my phone in a couple days.... I told them I was not ok with that and I'd be changing services; the response I got was "ok". No attempt to help remedy the situation, no attempt to keep my business. I went across the street to T Mobile, got the same phone I was trying to get for cheaper than my deductible would've been, and got a lower bill. Bye cricket
