They went as far as laughing in her face and told her they would not help her because of the Google review I left a few days ago. This is completely unacceptable. Instead of addressing the original issue, they are retaliating and showing zero regard for basic customer service. These employees need to be held accountable for their behavior and poor handling of the situation. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.
