On Feb 11, 7:45 pm, I called this location of cricket wireless to port in from Boost.
They picked my call, and when I enquired about plans and deals on phones, they acted as if they were forced to take my call and were disrespectful. When I asked them about the plans, they said that it's 160 for 4 lines and when I asked if they charge activation, she answered in a mocking tone that I need to be in the store for these discussions. I asked them a quote about 2 iphones, and they said it's against their 'policy' to say prices on calls. Initially they tried to quote me high and said that I'll get free accessories. But I said, I don't wanna pay for things that I don't want, and they got furious and ended the call abruptly. And later, when I called them back, they acted as if they just speak Spanish and asked me to not call again. Is this what cricket offers? I mean I heard that cricket is part of ATT, but I think cricket doesn't provide quality. I don't like it when company hires people who can't give good customer service and do not provide sales training. Nothing against the company but you just lost a customer. I'm porting in with T-Mobile.
Pl take this feedback and make sure the associates don't end the call furiously, they are not passionate about your business. I was porting in 4 lines, and when I switch, I stay for years. Imma be happy with t mobile as they respectfully answered my call and they didn't even charge me for activation.
Anyone trying to port in to cricket, consider checking t mobile of boost if you like better customer service
