The insurance was giving me a hard time . Fanny was beyond patient the entire 2 hours it took for me to deal with the insurance company, who were trying to deny my claim . I walked out of the store satisfied. 2 days later Fanny reactivated my new replacement phone. This is Model customer service at its best. This store has truly been transformed and upgraded to a class act. Thanks to Newest Manager Nina and the current managerial staff excellent customer service and hospitality.
