- SBShad BJan 3, 20261.0They lowered the prices on the plans and left me paying my old plan rate for the past two years which comes out to roughly 200 $150 dollars that I’ve overpaid and they can’t offer me anything except excuses and say that they posted it on the website website like I worked there or something to know to switch my plan to the cheaper one.

We walked in here and we were greeted with smiles and knowledge! Very happy with the customer service and enthusiasm of Karen- SO helpful!! She was so on it and informative of the phones and plans so we felt we made a very well-informed choice.

My family comes from Mexico I don't speak Spanish they put a person only spoke Spanish so I couldn't ask what was all the extra charge. They first thing they tell you to do is call customer service an customer service says it's independently owned. So I wouldn't recommend store
