  Good morning all, the rep at this location behaved as if I was bothering her daily routine. I was the only person there , I needed to pay my account. She unlocked the door & walked away, I walked in and said that I needed to pay my bill, she did not face me & spoke almost inaudible. She asked for my # ,the 3rd time I gave it to her 1 # at a time, to make sure she got it correctly. She asked for my ID & I said " I wish someone I don't know would pay my bills for me. She said I don't like your attitude, you will have to go somewhere else. I said gladly, because you are rude and left. She behaved as if she did not want to be there, not polite & did not want to be bothered at 9 am. I had been there since 7am to pay my bill. I've been contemplating changing phone companies. Now is a good time Additional - The manger at this branch is rude & bitter, she turned off my auto pay so the payment would not go through. I had to go to another branch to have my card reactivated, where the employees were much more pleasant

  Girl who works there had flu, this happened on Valentine's day. There was 2 employees, one was sick, one was not.
