  I have used Cricket for 18 years. This location has always been extremely helpful with upgrading my phone and recommending the right phone for my needs. I am not tech savvy and never will be but the Android phones I use work perfectly for me. I will never spend 1k or more on a phone so this store is perfect for me.

  I would give zero stars if it was possible the person was so rude and does not have respect idk if she was high but she needs to be fired. I’m asking her a question and she’s getting disrespectful. You guys should just close down

  What a terrible experience. Made to believe that leasing a phone through their third party service would be a good deal for me. Little did they explain I'd be paying $200 a month or $1800 total for a $720 phone. Such a great salesman, I hope you get your commission. Now I have to take out loans in order to buy out the lease early. After the galaxy s10 comes out I'll trade this phone into Samsung and get an unlocked s10 to take back to Verizon so I can clean my hands of these terrible manipulators.
