Every time I come, or drive long distances, just to have Ryan look at an issue on my phone or account, he figures it out. He is amazing, and an asset to your organization. You should have him train others, and have others look to him as an example of knowledge and professionalism. He is patient, knowledgeable and extremely thorougjly helpfull.
