- STSamantha TorresSep 20, 20255.0I’ve been at this store many times over the years have seen different people, I’ve had lots of bad experiences.There is this one lady with blonde hair heavy set, with really big lashes She had a heavy bad attitude and negative overall rude, AND she overcharged me on my bill. When confronted she stated it was a store fee and she didn’t want to give me a receipt. Recently this past few months there is a new employee, thanks to Judith I had an outstanding experience. She was incredibly patient,knowledgeable, and empathetic throughout the entire process. Very positive attitude it was clear that her priority was helping me not just pushing a sale, thanks to her persistence,my issue was resolved completely and I also decided to purchase additional items. This is what great customer service is all about, and it’s why I will be a loyal customer.
