I found the display model on the floor, but I needed to ask an employee to get me one. (Thanks, shoplifters!) But could I find an employee? No. As I waited, I chatted with another customer who also needed help but couldn't get it. After about 10 minutes, when I was getting seriously late for an appointment, I saw a women who appeared to be working, though she wasn't in a Best Buy uniform. She said she was taking inventory and couldn't help me, but she did go and get somebody who could. So I did end up buying the tablet, but next time, I'll buy online from Amazon.
