My kitchen range was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks then then I was later notified that it would be an additional 5 weeks before delivery and when it finally arrived it was delivered by a service that doesn't even work for Best Buy and then discovering the appliance was damaged after opening the box after delivery was made. Dealing with "customer service" was excruciatingly difficult due to having to endure a 10 minute maze of Ai prompts before finally getting connected to an actual human that spoke broken English. Now I get to wait another week for someone to pickup this damaged appliance and refund my money. This was such a comple waste of my time and energy that I felt compelled to leave a bad review for a store that I once loved. Never again. Update: I reached out and responded to the generic response Best Buy left on my review and was once again met with an ai representative that provided zero help other than wasting more of my time since they will not talk to me directly. I now wish I could take my one star review back and give them a zero. So dissapoiting.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t even try calling the store unless you want AI to misdirect you somewhere else. And if you take the time to go to the store you’re met with underworked employees standing around because nobody goes to the store willing to be rude to you rather than helpful.

These people are scammers and thieves! I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would. We went in to this location for an open box good condition TV, payed for it and were ready to take it home. They then offered to deliver it to my house less than 10mins away. We agreed to get the delivery and even got an email for it. We waited for about a week and the day before we were supposed to receive it they canceled the order and gave is a $0 refund. We went to this location for an explanation and Leslie (associate) told us they "lost the TV" not only were they extremely rude to me an my husband. We asked for a manager and Anand (manager) didn't even came out to face or talk to us. They offered no resolution (credit/replacement) and they told us we could get a refund and purchase a new TV, meaning we would have to spend about $500 more. Now we have no TV and still have no refund. This in plain English is called theft. We had a physical TV and they convinced us to leave with them and then stole it! This is a warning to anyone that comes to this store they are scammers and thieves. Post

Had an issue with purchased item. Spoke with Will and Leslie and the refused to be helpful or even understanding. I was promised something from their customer service line and the both refused to uphold it. I asked to talk to the store manager and they said Anand will not care what they put me through he wouldn't do anything anyway. They also said that there was no way to get ahold of him. That if I wanted to complain that I should just go online. I tried to get ahold of the store prior to getting there and they refuse to transfer to the store. Best Buy has gone way down hill. They used to be my go to for electronics. Need to find somewhere else to shop.
