    My apple pencil top broke. The floor manager stated she would take care of ordering replacements for me at no cost. I didn't receive any notifications alerting me of the order being in. When I went to check I was told it must have been sent back then the next time another manager told me that it must have not even been ordered. And now nobody seems to know what happened and I don't have parts and we are not able to get those parts taken care of like I was told, I have been to the store 3 times trying to find a solution and was just told I would need to pay for it if I wanted it. Sad experience with a business I have spend so much money with.

    So recently I have not been going to the Best Buy in San Marcos because of the South Park Meadows store and New Braunfels store. The last 2 experiences were amazing. I live in Kyle so it is a bit of a trip but well worth it. As soon as I walked in I had three people offer to help me. They knew exactly where the items I wanted were at. The staff was hands down the best customer service experience I've had with a brick and mortar store in over a year. Thank you

    I must give props to this Best Buy (and Marshall specifically) for bailing me out of a stressful jam today. I previously ordered a discounted router directly from a manufacturer, but the package was stolen upon delivery with zero replacements available. Being afraid to reorder online again, I asked Best Buy if they would price match an in-store replacement at the same discount the manufacturer gave me for the first router. Yes! I was thrilled. I'm still sad my first router was stolen, but I'm happy that Best Buy was understanding and willing to work with me on replacing it at the same price. Thanks, Marshall and Best Buy!

    Mean and rude employees at this location... I was buying a monitor and the associates were talking smack about me and my boyfriend in Spanish... The associates came up with some BS and also could not apply my certificate to the purchase. Called customer service and they could do it no problem. Associates don't know smack.

    DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD HERE. Made 3 different appointments with geek squad to have my iPhone repaired. First appointment, they let me know they didn’t have the correct screen to replace and would put in an order to have the correct screen delivered that night, and made an appointment for me the following day. Arrive 45 minutes early to my 2nd appointment, yet 20 minutes AFTER my appointment, they said they didn’t have the screen and put in an “emergency order” to have one delivered by 9pm that night and created yet another appointment for today to get it fixed. Call them this morning to verify that they received the screen for my 3rd appointment, only to find out that they never finished filling out the original work order, the screen still hasn’t even been ordered, and they have no clue what’s going on. This is actually embarrassing. Do better.
