    No customer service. Seemed like they had plenty of people there, but we stood in the TV section for quite some time with no help offered. Will buy our TV elsewhere.

    I am writing this to warn others about my experience with AT&T and the AT&T employee. I have to talk to four or five different AT&T representatives, but Cheyenne is the one who signed us up at Best Buy and said, “Everything is set and we should be able to get an email, gift card, and shipping label,” which never happened. What was supposed to be a simple phone plan has turned into a year-long financial nightmare!!! In November 2024, we were quoted $185/month, but AT&T has been charging us different amounts( $300–$400+) every month. Since then, I have spent almost every week trying to fix this, talking to the VIP support line and going back to the AT&T employees at the Best Buy store. The AT&T employees in the store keep telling me to “call the VIP number,” and the VIP representatives ask a long list of questions and spend 30 minutes to an hour reviewing my account. Then the call suddenly disconnects, and they never call back, even though I provided my callback number. Several agents promised that my bill would be corrected in “2–3 business days,” but nothing ever changed. I was also told that the AT&T rep who signed us up would be contacted. When I reached out to her myself, she said she would review it and get back to me — she never did. This has been going on for almost a year. We have paid hundreds more than what we agreed to, and there is still no accountability from AT&T. They keep sending me in circles, and no one takes responsibility for the billing error they created. Be very careful with the deals AT&T employees offer inside Best Buy. What we were promised and what we have been charged are completely different, and the support process has been unprofessional, exhausting, and financially damaging.

    This store is probably one of the worst places I have ever been to in my life regarding customer service. I guess I’m not the “right” kind of customer. As I write this, I’m still standing at the very front and I’ve only seen the police officer greet. People come in the door, however out of all the workers that are here the only person who talk to me was a vendor. I tried to ask someone for help, but they were too busy in their personal conversations. And not for sure what’s going on, but they are very selective as far as who they talk to and who they help. I came here to spend money right now, but I couldn’t get assistance to save my life.

    I recently had a really positive experience at the Best Buy Mueller location after running into a frustrating situation elsewhere. I had purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro from a different Best Buy store because it was one of the few that had the model I needed in stock. Unfortunately, that store somehow gave me a Verizon phone even though I had specifically ordered an AT&T-compatible one. When I went back to the original store, they didn’t have any replacements available and directed me to the Mueller location instead. I showed up at Mueller later that evening, and Danny, the general manager, was upfront with me that they wouldn’t be able to resolve it that night but could help the next day. When I came back, Chris helped me through the return and exchange process. It took nearly four hours of calls and troubleshooting, but he stuck with it the entire time and made sure I left with a working phone. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and clearly committed to fixing the issue, again, even though the mix-up didn’t happen at their store. I genuinely appreciated how patient and thorough they were throughout the process. I’d highly recommend this location; they handled my situation with care and went above and beyond to make things right.

    Tuvimos una mala experiencia hoy llegamos y compramos unos altavoces pero era una caja devuelta y la compramos y se las pusimos al mi carro estuvimos dos horas poniéndolos y resulta que nos faltaba un cable de los cables y cuando fuimos otras vez a la tienda y resulta que los dijeron que teníamos que devolver otra ves los altavoces pero no más solo íbamos por el cable no más y los dijeron que no…. Yo lo entiendo por qué no revisan los productos devueltos si es el trabajo de ellos no más puro flojo trabaja hay… Los comentaron que no podían darnos otra cable por qué otro altavoz se va a quedar sin cable cuál el punto de eso si nosotros vamos a devolver uno que no tiene los dos cables Encerio que mala experiencia
